Racking:Wine aged over 2 years, including 12 months in French oak casks, racking in bottle for no less than 6 months.
Organoleptic characteristics:With a deep ruby red colour, it is full-bodies with scents of wild berries. We recommended that it is drunk at a temperature of about 18/20° C.
Serving Suggestions:It goes very well with first courses with gravy, red meat, game and mature cheeses
