Crafted from vines averaging 37 years of age and grown on deep gravel and gravel-clay soils, this vintage reflects both the character of its terroir and the exceptional conditions of the 2018 growing season.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested between late September and mid-October, the grapes were vinified in concrete and stainless-steel vats before ageing for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

The nose is vibrant and expressive, offering aromas of fresh red and black fruits, including blackcurrant, strawberry, and raspberry. The palate opens with remarkable freshness, supported by refined tannins and a finely structured texture. The finish is smooth, layered, and persistent, leaving lingering notes of ripe fruit and a subtle touch of cinnamon spice.
